General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website or products without express written permission from us.

Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information on our site is accurate. However, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Prices and product descriptions may change without notice.

Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to our No Refund or Exchange Policy.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Custom & Semi-Custom Orders
All custom and semi-custom pieces require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure materials and begin production.
The deposit is non-refundable. This covers design time, sourcing of materials, and labor already invested in your piece.
The remaining balance (plus shipping, if applicable) is due upon completion and must be paid before the piece is shipped or delivered.
If final payment is not received within 7 days of completion notice, Sonora Silverworks reserves the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit. The piece may then be released for sale.
Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Pricing & Billing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email or phone number you provided at checkout.

User Conduct
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

Third-Party Links
Some content, products, or services may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites and do not warrant or accept liability for them.
