Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sonora Silverworks! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process. Please review this policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

4. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the US

International shipping times and costs may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties/taxes charged by their country.

 

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, etc.).

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they are marked as delivered.

 

6. Undeliverable Packages / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
